Kamishibai-Why we celebrate the 2nd of May in Madrid

This is me drawing the pictures for the Kamishibai.
In Madrid we celebrate the 2nd of May for the War of Independance against Napolean's troops. It's also known in English as the Peninsular War. This happened in 1808 during King Carlos IV's time.

Kamishibai is a Japanese word that means paper play. It's a great way to tell a story!

This is a video of me when I was about 7 reading the story.

EGYPT LAPBOOK

This is a project that I did with cardboard.
I learned lots about Ancient Egypt like the gods and goddesses, mummification, farm life, temples, pyramids, heiroglyphs, etc.
This lapbook is supposed to look like a temple. The stickers are from an Usbourne book.
The top and the bottom come off so you can open it up.
These postcards are from the Tutenkarmon exhibition.
